You would start with basic legal work for the main services (Kurashiru, TRILL, Reshichalle by Kurashiru, LIVEwith): drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts (NDAs, outsourcing agreements, ad-agency agreements); creating and reviewing terms of service and privacy policies for service provision; and handling daily legal consultation from business departments. Over time, per your aptitude, you can deepen expertise across new-business legal review and launch support, commercial law (board and shareholder-meeting operation support), dispute/litigation response, M&A and reorganization legal due diligence and execution support, and disclosure/TSE-related work.
