EHS Assistant Manager, Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services

The EHS Assistant Manager for Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services will lead the EHS roadmap across all domestic sites and ensure its integration with international safety frameworks and corporate principles.

The role will continuously improve crisis management plans (CMP), maintaining their effectiveness and regulatory compliance. As a core member of the crisis management team, the manager will provide strategic advice during serious situations, including security threats and environmental emergencies, to help accelerate decision-making. The role will also work with diverse organizational units to build and synchronize comprehensive business continuity plans (BCP).

Responsibilities include directing sustainability plans that accelerate organizational efforts toward carbon neutrality. The manager will ensure strict compliance with legal requirements covering occupational safety, fire prevention and chemical management, and will proactively adapt to legal amendments. The role will maintain accurate records of environmental indicators and oversee appropriate reporting to regulatory authorities.

The manager will collaborate with global safety officers, facilities management and security teams, and external partners to advance company-wide protective measures. The role will maintain the consistency and availability of documentation for environmental governance and related procedures. EHS-related projects must be completed with firm attention to timelines and budget management.

The role will also advocate strong traffic-safety protocols and a comprehensive wellbeing program for all employees.
