Relevant experience includes planning new businesses, apps, or web services; researching and understanding client and end-user needs; identifying points of differentiation through competitor research; planning how those findings should be incorporated into new or existing businesses; directing prototype creation; designing UX research and directing persona or storyboard creation; directing UI design for proposal prototypes; defining functional and business requirements for a potential release and translating them into prototype requirements; and proposing plans to clients through sales or proposal activities.

Preferred experience includes client work, working with financial-institution clients, project management for product production or development through release, knowledge of the banking industry, experience in digital-channel planning at a bank, experience in individual or corporate banking sales, and planning or executing promotional initiatives for apps or web services.

The position is full-time and employed by Money Forward with a secondment to Money Forward X. Compensation is negotiable under a monthly salary system and includes fixed allowances for 45 hours of overtime and 40 hours of late-night work. A high-performance bonus may be paid based on half-year evaluations and company performance. The initial trial period is three months from the start date.

Work is conducted in a hybrid style. In principle, two office days per week are mandatory, with three or more recommended; this may vary according to the company and work situation, and office days differ by team. Flextime applies with an eight-hour standard working day, a 60-minute break, a flexible period from 7:00 to 22:00, and core-time options of 10:00 to 15:00 or 9:30 to 14:30. The workplace is in Minato, Tokyo.
