Senior Product Manager

Money Forward is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the HR domain of Money Forward Cloud, its business cloud services that automate and streamline back-office work. Having grown its HR/labor products to serve many SMBs, the company aims to evolve them for larger mid-size companies through continuous new features and improvements. The role leads one (or several) of the HR products — cloud payroll, attendance, HR management, social insurance, year-end adjustment, My Number, or new HR products — collaborating with sales, marketing, engineers, designers and customer support to maximize product value for growing mid-size companies. Duties include product vision and roadmap, planning to solve user problems, product management of new-feature development and improvement, development direction with engineers/designers, problem-setting, hypothesis validation and product analysis, and executing marketing strategy with business teams. Requires 2+ years as a product manager for an in-house product or in HR-system-implementation project management. Full-time, based in Tamachi, Tokyo. The posting is written in Japanese.
