Global Procurement Manager

This role sits within the newly established Next-Generation Infrastructure Manufacturing Preparation Office, which is developing AI server manufacturing, integration, sales, and maintenance capabilities. The position focuses on the supplier and procurement side of an AI server and data-center infrastructure business, working with global GPU, semiconductor, electronics, and other hardware partners.

The manager leads end-to-end category supply strategies for memory and other components, including cost estimates, benchmarking, price and delivery negotiations, supplier discovery, long-term roadmaps, contracts, service-level agreements, and quarterly reviews. The role also coordinates software and clustering assurance, performance and operational-quality issues, escalation during major incidents, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and alignment across commercial, legal, and technical teams.

Applicants must have 5–8 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply-chain management, or project management involving hardware, servers, network equipment, semiconductors, or electronic components. Experience with overseas procurement and vendor negotiations in electronics, semiconductors, or PCs is required, as is business-level English for contract negotiations and written and spoken communication.
