The Legal Expert will support legal operations across a satellite-data and space business. The role works alongside business divisions and executives to structure and accelerate business from a legal perspective, handling matters for the company and its overseas branches.
Responsibilities include identifying and addressing legal issues for overseas expansion and new businesses, including overseas offices, business launches, M&A and business alliances. The role also handles business contracts with overseas governments and partners, intellectual-property negotiations, contracting, registration and management, compliance and risk management, and corporate legal and governance matters such as shareholder meetings and board operations. Strengthening internal compliance systems and corporate-governance structures is also part of the scope.
