About this role

REGALI is hiring its first marketing leader, with a potential CMO path. The role establishes marketing as a company-wide business function rather than only running existing marketing measures. It owns the design and execution of marketing strategy for REGALI and each product, setting priorities, a roadmap, KPIs, and investment direction from company and business plans.

Day-to-day work includes analyzing customer and market insights; defining targets, positioning, messages, and stories; planning online and offline initiatives; and evaluating and improving their effectiveness. The role works with sales to create leads and business meetings and connect marketing activity to sales and business outcomes. It also directs content such as customer case studies and white papers, coordinates PR, social media, video, media and partner activity, and plans and runs company events, conferences, exhibitions, awards, and communities. Speaking at events and conferences and regularly sharing information externally are part of building awareness and presence. The leader decides what to do and in what order based on business and market conditions.

The position reports directly to the representative and works closely with the executive officer responsible for sales, as well as sales, CS, and product teams. It covers both the established LEEEP platform and new product and business development in the AI-agent area. LEEEP supports customer experience on e-commerce sites through UGC, reviews, video, and web customer service, and is deployed on more than 2,100 sites.

During approximately the first three months, the appointee is expected to learn LEEEP and the AI-agent business, organize current business and marketing issues, propose priorities, KPIs, and a roadmap, and begin priority initiatives. Around six months after joining, the expectation is to lead company-wide marketing independently, run a marketing PDCA cycle with sales, and propose future marketing investment and organizational needs to management. These milestones are guidelines and may be adjusted according to experience and circumstances after joining.

The position is based at REGALI’s Tokyo headquarters in Shibuya. Attendance at the office is generally required for the first one to two weeks after joining to support a smooth start. Hybrid remote work is available afterward, with attendance frequency set separately according to business conditions. Flextime and a hybrid-work culture are stated. The premises are entirely non-smoking, and the possible work-location range includes company-designated locations, including remote work.
