Program Manager

The Program Manager leads complex RELEX implementation programs in the Japan market and acts as the senior project leader and Project Owner. The role spans multiple functional areas and may include partner-delivered work, with responsibility for customer value, project delivery and contribution to regional performance.

The work includes steering project management across ongoing implementations, mentoring others in project management skills, planning change, managing risks and applying agile and waterfall methodologies. The manager owns project and program financial performance, presents financials to customer C-level stakeholders, supports commercial discussions, reviews Statements of Work, and helps shape risk-managed professional services proposals. The role also requires sufficient understanding of RELEX software, customer use cases, implementation approaches and industry value drivers to oversee work across product areas and guide customer decisions.
