Its work includes AI-enabled software for improving business efficiency and creating new value, packaged services for assessing and developing AI and DX organizations and personnel, and support for planning and executing corporate AI transformation strategies. The company also describes work involving consultants, data scientists, engineers and project managers working together on client support.

The position is full-time. The employment terms include a six-month probationary period from the date of joining, with no change to salary or treatment during that period. Annual compensation is determined based on experience, ability and previous salary, includes expected overtime pay for 30 hours per month, and is reviewed twice a year. Working hours use a super-flextime system from 5:00 to 22:00 with no core hours, and the scheduled working time is eight hours per day.

The work location is in Chuo, Tokyo, and remote work is available. Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, five days of year-end and New Year leave, three days of summer leave that can be taken freely between July and September, and other company-designated days.
