The role is responsible for developing and coordinating overseas OEM partners to build a global supply system for advanced recycled materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing recycled materials from overseas, identifying and developing overseas OEM partners involved in molding and processing, and negotiating outsourced manufacturing conditions including quality, cost, and delivery schedules.
The position also designs and improves manufacturing processes and quality standards, establishes and stabilizes supply systems, and works with internal technology, quality, and sales teams. The role provides experience in building a global manufacturing network and practical experience with overseas supply chains.
Required experience includes corporate sales or procurement and alliance experience. Business-level English is required. Knowledge of materials such as resin and plastics is welcome. Experience selling resin products for logistics materials or construction materials is also welcomed. Additional preferred experience includes negotiating and designing long-term supply contracts such as offtake agreements, business investment or alliance schemes, and top-level approaches to executives or managers at large and mid-sized companies in Japan and overseas.
