It includes anticipating industry regulations and policy developments, coordinating with sales and R&D to strengthen sales and value communication, and designing, monitoring, and improving KPIs for business growth. Digital and offline marketing activities are to be integrated, with systems established for measuring effectiveness.

Required experience includes at least three years at a strategy consulting firm with experience leading projects such as new business development, PMF, or GTM, or experience in business strategy, PMF or GTM strategy, business planning, or new-market development at an operating company or startup. Experience turning strategies and plans into results by involving frontline teams and other departments and producing sales or business outcomes is emphasized.
