The role covers investment in real assets such as overseas renewable energy and infrastructure projects in English-speaking markets including the United States, Europe and Australia, as well as the formation and operation of overseas funds.
Core responsibilities include sourcing and originating investment opportunities, building networks with local developers, advisers and co-investors, and coordinating or leading financial, legal, tax and technical due diligence. The role also supports investment execution and closing, including contract negotiations and submissions to the investment committee for deliberation and approval. Responsibilities include controlling project schedules and costs, reducing risks, monitoring investments after closing, managing assets, tracking KPIs, evaluating performance, and planning and executing exit strategies.
Additional work includes forming and operating renewable energy and infrastructure funds, structuring transactions, managing overseas assets, monitoring performance, preparing investor reports, and conducting marketing and investor relations for institutional limited partners in English.
