Platform Product Manager

This role leads product management for Raksul Group's shared platform products, including the group's ID infrastructure and organizational infrastructure used across all business units. Responsibilities include understanding the group's management strategy and forming product strategy in coordination with business units that use the shared platform; building roadmaps for ID and organizational infrastructure development, including budget coordination; aligning cross-functional requirements and priorities across Raksul's business units; and driving product development together with internal operations teams and surrounding scrum teams. The role covers the full product management cycle -- stakeholder alignment, strategy formulation, requirements definition, and software development -- starting with catching up on an already-confirmed roadmap and joining the active development cycle, later helping define and revise the long-term vision and roadmap (half-year to one-year horizon) for the shared platform, and managing KPIs/metrics at each release. Requirements include 3+ years of in-house product management experience, experience creating 3-6 month development schedules and managing related teams, experience prioritizing and making decisions toward problem resolution, experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders, experience discussing architecture or data modeling design, and having led similar product development such as external ID integration, data infrastructure, or launching a new shared platform product. Roadmap planning with execution management, SQL-based data extraction and spreadsheet analysis, and both Japanese and English communication ability are required. Employment is full-time, based at the Azabudai office in Minato-ku, Tokyo, with hybrid remote work (a few office days per week) and a flextime system.
