Senior Open Position

This is a full-time, indefinite-term position directly employed by FUSION, a RAKSUL group company. FUSION operates mainly in advertising and marketing and supports clients from strategy through execution. The opening is for a senior person who can contribute to management and business development during a business-expansion phase. It is an open position rather than a fixed function, with responsibilities shaped around the person’s experience and interests.

Potential responsibilities include planning and executing business and organizational strategy, planning and launching new businesses or services, managing execution, developing growth strategies for existing businesses, improving operations, managing teams, building organizations, improving evaluation systems, discussing decisions with executives, supporting management decisions, and leading cross-functional company-wide projects.

Applicants must have at least one of the following: experience promoting or developing a business at an operating company or startup; experience managing a team or operating an organization; or experience taking ownership of problem solving and driving improvements. Preferred experience includes corporate or business planning, launching a new business, holding a role with P/L responsibility, working at a rapidly growing startup, and mobilizing stakeholders inside or outside the organization.

The role is intended for someone who can proactively broaden their responsibilities in a changing environment, define questions independently from abstract issues, turn solutions into practical outcomes, and take ownership of organizational and business growth. Agreement with FUSION’s vision and values is also listed as a desired quality.

Annual compensation is listed as JPY 10,000,000 to JPY 12,000,000. Monthly salary includes fixed overtime pay equivalent to 60 hours per month and fixed late-night overtime pay equivalent to 30 hours per month; excess amounts are paid separately. The contract has no fixed end date and includes a three-month probationary period.

The work location is the Azabudai office in Minato, Tokyo, or a company-approved home or equivalent location for remote work. Remote work is available one day per week. The schedule uses a flextime system with standard working hours of eight hours per day and core hours from 11:00 to 15:00. Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer leave, year-end and New Year holidays, and paid leave. Benefits include salary reviews twice a year, social insurance, transportation reimbursement up to JPY 30,000 per month, and a company-provided PC.
