The successful candidate will coordinate domestic and overseas group companies and relevant internal departments, serving as a secretariat to formulate policies and action plans and oversee their implementation. The role involves contributing to management decision-making through internal committees and publicly disclosing deliverables.

Required qualifications include practical experience in the listed fields or other sustainability-related work, business-level or higher English ability, planning and research skills, and the ability to solve problems independently. Experience with environmental or international NGOs, international initiatives, ESG or rating organizations, global work environments, sustainability consulting, report preparation, or internal controls is welcomed.

The position is based in Chiyoda, Tokyo. It is a full-time permanent position with working hours from 8:40 to 17:10 and a one-hour break. Holidays include weekends, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year period, with 17 to 23 days of paid annual leave depending on circumstances. Hourly paid leave, nursing leave, and childcare and maternity leave systems are available. Salary is discussed with the candidate and provided during the interview process.
