The role starts as an individual contributor, with possible expansion into sales strategy and planning, leading team sales activities, sharing knowledge and developing members, promoting new advertising products, and leading projects involving multiple related companies. Future paths may include sales specialization, management, broadcaster support and media planning. Management experience at joining is not required.
