Required qualifications include at least three years of experience as a communication designer or BX designer at an operating company, experience with information architecture, design, and PDCA for marketing or promotional initiatives across both digital and print media, and logical, effective communication with stakeholders including marketing and sales. Experience managing at least three designers, conducting design reviews and goal setting for a department or its members, managing internal resources and schedules, and developing junior designers is also required.

Preferred experience includes directing and managing schedules for external production companies or freelancers, and creating or operating branding guidelines or a design system. Named tools are Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Miro, and Google Slides.

The role is based in Minato-ku, Tokyo, with a hybrid work style. Attendance at the office is generally required two days per week, with three or more days recommended; attendance days vary by team and business circumstances. The standard working hours are 9:30 to 18:30 with a 60-minute break, with work beyond the prescribed hours. A discretionary labor system for specialized work applies subject to conditions, and a flextime system may be possible. The probationary period is three months from the joining date.

Annual salary is JPY 7.008 million to JPY 9.504 million on a monthly salary basis. The stated salary includes fixed allowances for 45 hours of statutory and prescribed overtime and 40 hours of late-night work.
