The Product Designer joins CAMPFIRE’s cross-functional Product Design Office, working across multiple products in a crowdfunding platform. The team designs shared experiences beyond UI and visual consistency, including how project creators communicate and how supporters engage. The role works with product managers, engineers, marketers and data teams and helps evolve the “enshin” design system.
Responsibilities include UI/UX design for web and mobile products, design-system operation and guidelines, AI-assisted research, prototyping, user-behavior analysis and automated testing. The designer also proposes accessible, usable experiences, supports new-feature development and experience design, and integrates design assets across products.
Required qualifications are at least two years of practical UI/UX design experience for web or applications; UI design and prototyping skills using tools such as Figma; and the ability to drive projects, identify issues and propose solutions from a design perspective.
