With production login and first-investigation authority concentrated in the Japan team, you are the hub for rapid initial response and technical support to domestic stakeholders (CS, operators). Work: answering technical questions from Japanese customer support and second-line support; initial investigation/troubleshooting of production issues and escalation/sharing; coordinating bug investigation, root-cause analysis and permanent fixes with the Vietnam dev team (ticket management, spec confirmation, improvement proposals); building the Japan ops/maintenance team, documentation and standardizing/systematizing/automating processes (actively using AI tools); and failure-precursor detection and continuous reliability improvement via monitoring/log platforms. You lead building the ops structure and automation from scratch, later mentoring members. Required: 5+ years of web-application development (language-agnostic, static-typed preferred); log investigation, SQL data extraction and source-reading to identify issues; business-level Japanese; English around TOEIC 600+ (to coordinate specs/investigations with the Vietnam dev team via chat/meetings); strong interest in AI for efficiency; incident-response and improvement-process experience. Preferred: production ops/SRE; Go; Fintech/payments; AWS/GCP; offshore/distributed-team collaboration; AI-assisted development. Stack: Go (Gin); MySQL; Docker, Nginx, Redis, SQS, Kafka; AWS, Kubernetes; GitHub, CircleCI, Terraform, Datadog.
