Industry Co-Creation Producer

ANDPAD hires an Industry Co-Creation Producer to lead the user community around ANDPAD ONE, a community site that reaches about 680,000 ANDPAD users in the construction and building industry, from executives to craftspeople. The community shares use cases of digital transformation so that companies can learn from peers and plan their own route.

The mission is to use ANDPAD's customer network to reach segments and problems that traditional methods cannot, creating new business opportunities from deep relationships with industry leaders. The producer builds co-creation relationships with national bodies, industry associations and regional networks on themes such as disaster prevention, insulation performance and skills training, creates and supports business continuity plans for customers, supplies information to sales staff, and plans and runs meetups that share ANDPAD use cases and results.

Applicants need experience managing projects that involve people inside and outside the company. Preferred are enjoying starting without a clear answer, activity experience with local governments, and nonprofits or regional promotion groups.
