About this role
This role develops enterprise solutions for clients such as real-estate developers and financial institutions. The role designs strategies, plans solutions, proposes and introduces services such as estie Office Research, and uses the company’s available business resources to address client needs.
When work becomes a formal project, the role leads client alignment, project management, delivery, and implementation progress. Responsibilities also include analyzing client issues and providing data-based consulting, proposing and planning solutions suited to each company, coordinating solution development and introduction, designing collaboration frameworks, and supporting digital transformation in the real-estate industry. The role is also expected to lead organizational activities such as recruiting, staff development, and operational improvement where these address organizational challenges.
Required experience includes making consulting proposals to clients and carrying out the related work, as well as project management experience that includes planning and progress control. Preferred experience includes strategy or planning proposals and business improvement, including system implementation or BPR, in a consulting firm, corporate headquarters, or corporate planning function. Experience planning, developing, or proposing new businesses or services in any industry is also welcomed. Experience at a venture company demonstrating leadership, materially improving important business or organizational factors, and contributing to company growth is another preferred qualification.
The position is expected to suit someone who takes responsibility for maximizing client value and finds satisfaction in achieving that goal, and who independently gathers broad information and collects useful proposals from inside and outside the organization for client challenges.
