Business Development Manager Candidate

ExaWizards is hiring a Business Development Manager candidate to sell and build around DIA, its DX-talent assessment, and exaBase Empower, its AI HR-support product. Starting from these products, the person handles proposals, analysis, prototyping and implementation support for customers' organisational problems, usually with CxOs and HR heads of large companies.

The work combines assessment data with HR data to recommend moves such as selecting next-generation leaders and simulating the best staff placement. The person uses generative AI tools such as Claude Code to turn meeting notes into working demos and revised proposals within days, decides on product changes from customer feedback, and grows small proofs of concept into company-wide rollouts.

Applicants need experience in one of: working with large enterprises at a consulting firm (strategy, organisation and HR, or operations reform); business development, strategic customer success or solution sales of high-value intangible HR products; or upstream strategy design in corporate planning or HR at a large company. A wish to drive strategic HR and curiosity about AI are expected. People-analytics skills and HR or business-owner experience are preferred.
