Business Development New Graduate

This full-time position is a new-graduate Business Development (BizDev) role. The work covers launching new businesses and driving non-linear growth in existing businesses. Responsibilities extend beyond planning or sales to include marketing, negotiations with partner companies, service improvement, and organization building. The role is expected to lead efforts that update industry structures and maximize business value.

The business context includes B2B services related to traditional industries such as printing, logistics, and advertising. The group is developing an end-to-end technology platform in which services are connected through a common ID, with the aim of addressing management issues faced by small and midsize companies. A growth phase involving new-business creation, acquisitions, and post-merger integration (PMI) creates opportunities to take responsibility for businesses or integration initiatives.

The position may suit candidates who want to help build infrastructure for small and midsize companies, take ownership as a person who operates and creates businesses, and eventually pursue business leadership or top-management responsibilities.
