Business Talent Acquisition Specialist

AIRoA (AI Robot Association) is hiring a Business Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment of business professionals supporting roles in strategy, communications/PR, HR, general affairs, and internal IT. The role owns the end-to-end hiring process: headcount planning, direct sourcing, agency management, designing and operating the selection process, and offer design and closing. The specialist works closely with project leaders and other stakeholders to plan and execute business hiring aligned with project strategy, and is responsible for shaping the candidate experience and recruitment approach from scratch given the organization's early stage. AIRoA was established in December 2024 with the mission of advancing robot data sharing and foundation model development through the fusion of AI and robotics, and entered full-scale operation in FY2025. Major corporations and AI startups participate as full members alongside universities and research institutes. The organization runs a national flagship project funded by NEDO with investment of over JPY 20 billion. Location: Heiwajima, Japan. Employment: Full-time.
