Communications Activator

The AI Robot Association (AIRoA), now in its third year, hires a Communications Activator to support its operations and drive organizational change. The role is open-ended and encourages people to start new projects and build new mechanisms, working across several divisions.

Examples of the work by division: in corporate administration, supporting recruitment and HR operations, running internal events and all-hands meetings, and managing the office and equipment; in the secretariat, supporting PR such as interviews, social media and website updates, running external events and conferences and receiving visitors; in strategy, supporting projects, research and document preparation and coordinating with contractors and member companies; and in the development division, task management and environment setup for engineers, documentation, and preparing AI and robot exhibitions including overseas events. Through planning, carrying out initiatives and working alongside teams, the person helps raise the organization's performance and connects researchers and engineers with companies and students.
