The Communications Business Partner, Manufacturing, Global leads internal communications for approximately 9,000 manufacturing employees across Olympus sites worldwide. The role partners with Global GIS and SIS business partners, manufacturing site leads, and local communication counterparts to define and prioritize communication demand, identify gaps, adapt global key messages for manufacturing audiences, and create communication assets.
Responsibilities include evaluating communications infrastructure across major manufacturing sites and establishing common global structures, preferred channels, formats, and KPIs. Communication formats may include employee magazines, leaflets, toolkits, digital signage, and use of the M365 environment.
