The position is full-time and has no fixed contract period. The initial trial period is six months, with the same salary during the trial period. The work location is Tokyo, with possible changes to locations designated by the company, including places where telework is performed. Standard working hours are 8:40 to 17:10, with 7.5 working hours and a 60-minute break. Flextime may apply depending on the department. Overtime and holiday work may be required.
Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays. Annual paid leave is 21 days, with the first-year amount depending on the hiring month.
