This role is part of the Group ASI Strategy Division’s Synergy Drive Center, connecting assets, customers, technology, data and services across SoftBank Group companies. It develops cross-group business opportunities, including initiatives involving generative AI and AI agents. The work includes interviewing group companies and reviewing market and technology trends to identify needs and assets; shaping collaboration themes, business models and project concepts; and coordinating partner discussions, roles and execution plans. It also supports executive meetings and working groups through agenda and materials preparation and follow-up, matches synergy requests with relevant group companies or services, and organizes assets, examples and knowledge for reuse. Applicants must have managed cross-functional or multi-stakeholder projects, coordinated or negotiated with internal or external stakeholders, and planned, operated or provided secretariat support for meetings or working groups.
