It selects, introduces, and operates project management, documentation, and communication tools, and establishes their operating rules. It also prepares processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing subsidy-project operations.
The position coordinates at a practical working level with internal departments including AI Foundation, Humanoid Hardware, Operations, Field Services, Finance, and Legal. It maintains routine communication with the NEDO project office, the audit firm, and operational contacts at partner organizations. Responsibilities also include monitoring budget execution for the assigned area and proposing efficiency improvements based on an understanding of UE.
Grant administration includes preparing, submitting, and negotiating documents for the NEDO project office, including subsidy payment applications, change applications, performance reports, and final reports. The role handles practical accounting procedures and audit support for the subsidy project in cooperation with the internal accounting department and an external audit firm, ensuring compliance with rules specific to subsidy accounting. It also prepares SOPs and checklists for subsidy-project operations and designs and delivers explanations and training for internal stakeholders.
