This role is part of the Global Investment Banking Division's Products Group, within the Debt Capital Markets departments. The position handles origination and execution of debt capital market transactions.
The products covered include straight bonds, hybrid bonds and structured loans. The primary clients are listed companies, along with private companies of a comparable scale and private companies preparing for an initial public offering. Working with client coverage teams, the role makes proposals to these clients concerning relevant debt products and transactions.
Applicants must have experience in debt capital markets work. Business-level English is a preferred qualification.
The position is offered at Analyst, Associate or Vice President level. It is a permanent, full-time role based in Tokyo. Overseas work preferences may be discussed.
