Handle DeNA Group’s monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated closing, prepare disclosure materials, review reorganization accounting, support audits, and improve accounting workflows.
About this role
This role is part of DeNA AI Link, a DeNA Group business that works to introduce the AI software engineering agent Devin to Japanese enterprise companies. The business combines enterprise deployment with user communities and DeNA’s internal use of Devin. The role contributes to establishing models in which AI and people work together to address software-engineering labor shortages and the burden of legacy and maintenance systems.
The central responsibility is to run both strategic marketing around communities and case studies and high-touch enterprise sales. Lead complex opportunities involving CTOs, VPoEs, CISOs and heads of DX promotion, and close implementation contracts at a scale of approximately JPY 100 million. Build ROI cases covering not only reductions in work hours but also faster time to market and optimized recruiting costs. Create and execute account plans based on decision-making processes, budget cycles and stakeholder dynamics, then develop proposals that can obtain internal approval.
Build relationships through user communities and study sessions with industry leaders. Establish trusted connections with customer decision-makers through ongoing contact, including business dinners where appropriate, rather than limiting engagement to product or catalog explanations. Translate DeNA’s internal Devin use cases to each customer’s issues and use them in proposals to reduce barriers to adoption.
Transform the sales process by storing meeting logs and insights in formats that AI can process, including RAG and knowledge-base approaches. Use AI for preparation, meeting minutes and organizing next actions so that human effort can focus on relationship building and strategic proposals. Structure successful sales patterns and continuously assess whether activities can be delegated to AI.
The business works with Cognition, the developer of Devin. The role involves enterprise implementation of AI agents, creating approaches in a market where established answers are not yet available, and discussing future development organizations with executives and leaders of major Japanese companies.
Because this is a new business, fully remote work is not permitted. The immediate work locations are DeNA’s Shibuya office in Tokyo or its listed offices in Yokohama, with remote work from home or another company-approved equivalent location also specified. The work location may change to a company-designated workplace, including a remote-work location. The offices are indoors non-smoking, with designated indoor smoking areas.
