Career growth can lead to supervisor or manager roles, or to new-service sales or partner/account management work. Requires at least one year of new-business sales experience; restaurant management experience, sales experience with ordering/POS systems for restaurants or hotels, and on-site management experience with sales or progress tracking are preferred. Full-time position with a 3-month probation, flextime system (core hours 10:30-18:30), hybrid work with some telework introduced (office attendance recommended), about 10 hours of overtime per month, 120 annual holidays, and an uncapped incentive plan tied to company and individual performance (no separate bonus). Based at the Tokyo office in Ginza, Chuo-ku.
