Examples of projects include developing new transportation options between public transportation and taxis, solutions for regional transportation challenges, additions to the GO app such as AI reservations, priority passes, and preference settings, new ride experiences such as GO Premium, algorithms to optimize the balance between users and taxis, business services including GO BUSINESS, solutions for taxi operators, next-generation devices installed in taxi vehicles, and demonstration projects for new systems with government agencies.

Required experience includes approximately three or more years in business planning, business promotion, or project management at an operating company or consulting company, plus experience advancing projects by involving multiple stakeholders where interests differ. Preferred experience includes leading or managing teams or projects, market or customer data analysis, sales strategy planning, marketing strategy planning, and project management for system development. Desired skills include structuring complex matters, identifying essential issues, solving problems, and communicating and managing relationships with multiple departments and stakeholders.
