Geniee and its AI subsidiary JAPAN AI are hiring for Group HR Planning, focused on improving and running the HR systems of the whole group as it expands through new businesses, acquisitions and overseas growth. The person works with executives and line managers on HR planning from design to execution and improvement, handling businesses at different stages, from a mature advertising business to a growing SaaS business and a launching AI business.
The work covers improving and operating the personnel evaluation system, surfacing system problems through employee surveys and other data, and proposing and carrying out measures based on that analysis, in cooperation with recruiting and talent development. The role is meant to shape the systems and not only guard them, and can lead toward HR planning leader or manager, or toward generalist work such as organisational development or HR business partner.
Applicants need at least three years of work related to HR planning, experience operating and improving a personnel evaluation system, and experience proposing and carrying out data-driven HR measures. Leading HR projects, survey-based improvement and building agreement with executives and managers are preferred.
