Head of B2B Business

Kyash is seeking a Head of B2B Business to lead its corporate-facing services as a management member. The role is responsible for Kyash’s B2B business, including corporate transfers and transfers through the Kyash app, as well as partnership strategy.

Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies and plans with P&L responsibility, communicating the business vision, managing the organization, and planning and promoting recruitment and staffing. The role also involves building relationships and negotiating with prospective strategic partners and financial institutions, negotiating and concluding contracts with new business partners, and maintaining those relationships over the long term.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Technology and Product teams to balance product priorities with business strategy and lead the business accordingly. As a member of management, the position includes attending management meetings and taking an active role in company-wide agendas.

Kyash provides a digital wallet app that supports Visa card issuance, everyday purchases, transfers and bill splitting between friends, and real-time spending management. The company states that it builds and operates its card issuance, payment systems, and app development in-house. The role is based in Tokyo.
