The team works across multiple business areas and handles planning, execution and analysis. USEN-ALMEX develops payment machines, reception machines and management systems for hospitals, clinics, business hotels, leisure hotels and golf facilities.

The position is full-time and based in Shinagawa, Tokyo. It uses a flextime system with no core hours, a standard seven-and-a-half-hour workday and a 60-minute break. The standard example is 9:30–18:00. Remote work is available approximately one or two days per week; employees generally work from the office three to five days per week, and the first month is office-based for on-the-job training. Annual holidays total at least 125 days, with Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays off. Annual leave, summer, year-end and New Year, refresh, condolence, childcare and nursing-care leave are provided.

Annual compensation is JPY 4.5–6.0 million. The annual amount is divided into 14 payments, with additional payments in June and December; monthly pay includes deemed compensation for 25 hours, with excess hours paid separately. Annual compensation is reviewed once a year in November.
