About this role
Loglass is hiring a Director to lead a newly established IR consulting business. The business supports companies using Loglass AI IR, a product for CFO and IR teams that uses specialized AI to convert communication with investors into text and structure and visualize dialogue data. The consulting service uses investor perspectives and dialogue data to help clients understand evaluations and concerns, design equity stories, and execute dialogue strategies.
The Director reports directly to the head of the business and leads the IR consulting team. Responsibilities include project management and quality control across the team, tracking progress and risks across multiple engagements, maintaining client satisfaction, reviewing members’ work, providing feedback, and developing their skills. The role also proposes consulting support to companies using AI IR, turns proposals into engagements, designs service menus, identifies additional needs among existing clients, and builds next-generation IR consulting solutions.
The position establishes repeatable approaches for AI and IR consulting, including delivery frameworks and output-quality standards, and creates a feedback loop with product managers and engineers. It also develops and executes a go-to-market strategy for an untested area, builds the team, and manages the organization. The role involves shaping the service model from investor analysis through execution support and coordinating with people from different areas of expertise.
Required experience includes at least five years of practical IR consulting work as a securities analyst or at an IR support company, hands-on experience designing equity stories and preparing reports for investors, and a deep understanding of investor behavior, including investment philosophies and decision-making processes. Preferred qualifications and experience include the CMA securities analyst qualification, shareholder identification research, voting-rights exercise analysis, activist response, IR consulting delivery, launching a new business or service, and leading projects with members from different specialties. The posting also seeks motivation to update knowledge and skills quickly and the ability to act independently in uncertain conditions.
