The business supports companies using Loglass AI IR, a product for CFO and IR teams that uses specialized AI to convert communication with investors into text and structure and visualize dialogue data. The Director reports directly to the head of the business and leads the IR consulting team. Preferred qualifications and experience include the CMA securities analyst qualification, shareholder identification research, voting-rights exercise analysis, activist response, IR consulting delivery, launching a new business or service, and leading projects with members from different specialties.
