Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays are off, with 21 days of annual paid leave subject to the hiring month and other special leave. Overtime and holiday work may be required. Salary is determined under company rules, with commuting expenses and lunch support provided under those rules. Social insurance, a shareholding association, childcare support, housing-related programs, asset-building support, and leisure support are available.
