The probationary period is six months with the same salary. Salary is determined according to company rules based on ability and suitability, and may include a deemed overtime allowance. Commuting expenses are fully reimbursed under company rules, and lunch expense assistance and other allowances may be available. Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, 21 days of annual paid leave subject to the hiring month in the first year, and other special leave.
