This high-potential hire joins the Media Growth department as a media consulting salesperson for large domestic web media.

The consultant plans and carries out strategies that maximise a media owner's advertising revenue using Google's ad systems, proposes and drives revenue improvement and new monetisation measures based on large volumes of data from the assigned media, and works to understand the client's business problems deeply. Each consultant moves advertising revenue in the hundreds of millions per year. The career path leads to team leader or manager, or to launching new businesses within the group.

Applicants need to be four-year university graduates with at least one year of work experience, a strong drive to learn new skills, and the self-reliance to act on hard or unfamiliar work. Strong logical thinking, outstanding academic or selection-process results, and a record of high achievement in work are preferred.
