This role leads the supply-chain organization for TBM’s high-performance recycled-materials business. The position is responsible for building a supply system that balances profitability and stable supply in a developing market, including designing and implementing the supply-chain foundation from zero.
Responsibilities include developing domestic procurement and purchasing strategies, selecting and managing domestic contract manufacturers, establishing and operating strategic procurement contracts, negotiating prices, analyzing product cost structures, improving quotation accuracy, leading fundamental cost-reduction initiatives, optimizing quality, cost and delivery with domestic partners, and designing logistics across the domestic supply chain. The role also covers the broader design of a global supply network, including import and export logistics, and the selection and governance of domestic and international manufacturing partners.
Required experience includes at least one of the following: approximately three or more years of experience in OEM manufacturing outsourcing or purchasing; experience designing or managing operations related to order placement, order fulfillment, delivery coordination or other supply-chain processes; or team management experience. Experience negotiating with external manufacturing, logistics or warehouse partners, organizational management, or launching a supply-chain team is welcomed. Knowledge of materials such as resin and plastic is also welcomed.

Employment is full-time, with a monthly salary system; annual compensation is determined based on experience, skills and potential, with a stated range of 5,000,000 to 7,000,000 JPY.
