Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

Entaar

Marketing

About this role

This early product marketing position will establish Entaar’s PMM function as the business moves from sales-led growth toward sustained product-led market penetration and ongoing engagement with enterprise companies. The role is responsible for defining how the product is positioned, communicated, and introduced to the enterprise market.

Working with executives and other teams, the PMM will design the mechanisms connecting the market, customers, and organization, establish the product’s value in the market, and contribute to sustainable business growth. The position covers both strategic planning and practical execution from the initial stage of the function.

Responsibilities include defining enterprise positioning and messaging based on competitor analysis and ICP definition. The role also plans and executes go-to-market strategies that communicate product value and expand market reach.

In the enablement area, the PMM designs proposal stories and value propositions intended to improve meeting conversion and win rates. The role creates repeatable structures that sales teams can use consistently. In collaboration with the delivery team, the PMM turns customer examples into reusable case-study assets and designs proposal strategies that can lead to upselling and cross-selling.

The role also creates market touchpoints through exhibitions, summits, and similar events. This includes designing the messaging and experience for each opportunity. Production materials and other deliverables are developed in coordination with internal and external resources.
