Project Manager

Sagri, an agritech company that uses satellite data and AI, is hiring a Project Manager for its Agri-Innovation division. The division supports regenerative farming and environmental protection through field segmentation and soil chemistry analysis, greenhouse-gas reduction and carbon-credit work.

The manager runs client projects after an order is won so that they finish on schedule and at high quality, handling schedule control, resource coordination and guidance and support for the team. Duties include planning, running and managing international agriculture and decarbonisation projects; coordinating and reporting to Japanese and non-Japanese global companies and international organisations; building relationships and managing schedules with overseas local partners; writing progress reports, contract documents and deliverables in English; running several projects at once with members in Japan and abroad; and representing the business in talks and events. Business trips in Japan and overseas occur several times a year depending on the project.

English is used in daily work with an international team.
