Recruiting Manager

This Recruiting Manager role sits in the Corporate Division of the AI Robot Association, a nonprofit leading a national-scale initiative involving foundational AI models and social implementation of AI robotics. The position is responsible for building the organization’s global hiring capability across domestic and international recruitment.

The work covers the full recruitment cycle, including hiring strategy, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, direct outreach through BizReach and LinkedIn, recruitment events, job fairs, networking, employer branding, and recruitment marketing. The manager also coordinates hiring policies and compliance with HR and labor-management teams.

Applicants must have at least three years of professional recruitment experience in-house or at an agency, a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy, business-level English in speaking and writing, and fluent Japanese communication skills for internal coordination.
