Recruitment Officer

FOLIO is hiring a Recruitment Officer to support its growth through hiring, as assets under management and the business scale up and the company plans to hire more engineers and also business and corporate staff. The company belongs to the FOLIO Holdings group, an SBI Holdings group company, and the role sits in the five-person People Experience Unit of the HR department.

The officer starts with hiring operations and gradually becomes a driver of recruiting as a whole. First tasks are writing job descriptions after talking with hiring managers, scouting (researching candidates and coordinating with scouting agencies), working with recruitment agents, and managing selection progress in the applicant-tracking tool. Later the person organises recruiting problems and improvements, refines workflows and manuals, plans recruiting strategy, and runs recruitment PR. Other HR work includes joining and leaving procedures and events for organisational development and culture. The role is a path toward an HR business-partner position and suits people starting an HR career as well as experienced ones.
