This role is responsible for planning and operating risk management activities covering market risk, liquidity risk, and model risk related to market and credit risk. Required qualifications include experience in risk management at a financial institution such as a securities company, bank, insurance company, or asset management company, or at a consulting firm. Foreign applicants are required to have Japanese reading and writing ability.

Experience in market risk management or liquidity risk management, familiarity with data handling and numerical processing, quantitative aptitude, and experience with analysis or model construction are also preferred.
The role is based in Tokyo. The place of work may be changed to locations designated by the company, including locations where telework is performed. The employment contract has no fixed term, with individual treatment potentially offered based on experience. The probationary period is six months, with the same salary during probation.
Standard working hours are 8:40 to 17:10, with 7.5 scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break. Flextime may apply depending on the department. Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays are generally off. Annual paid leave is 21 days, subject to a reduced amount in the first year depending on the hiring month. Overtime and holiday work may be required.
Salary is determined according to company regulations based on ability and suitability. Commuting expenses are fully reimbursed under company rules, and meal subsidies may be provided.
