Factory Manager

RAKSUL Factory, the on-demand printing subsidiary of RAKSUL specialised in small lots and short delivery times, is seeking a factory manager as a management candidate, seconded from RAKSUL. Factory technology and operations reform are positioned as one of the most important strategies in the parent company's growth.

The manager leads the print center, a production factory, and holds profit-and-loss responsibility for the whole plant while meeting supply obligations. Beyond steady improvement, the role is to raise productivity dramatically and change how the workplace and production themselves work, using the volume created by e-commerce growth, since small-lot production remains highly inefficient. The path leads to launching new sites, overseeing several sites, exploring new technology and running the company's management.

Applicants need a record of improving production-site efficiency, experience launching new lines or factories in production engineering, and project management experience. Experience growing a business with profit-and-loss responsibility, such as a factory manager, and experience taking on challenges with discretion, such as an overseas posting, is preferred.
