About this role

This role covers sales, customer success, or enterprise consulting and business development for commercial real-estate products. The position may be assigned as a solution salesperson, customer success professional, or enterprise consultant/BizDev member through the selection process. The products include estie Office Research, a market-analysis platform for office businesses, as well as new services developed and released over time. The product portfolio spans Vertical Data, Vertical AI, and Marketplace offerings used by developers, brokers, property managers, and asset-management companies.

Solution sales responsibilities include designing industry-segment and target-account strategies, building new pipelines with marketing and inside sales, and establishing a repeatable sales model. The role takes proposals from value presentation to executives and decision-makers through multi-product proposals, price negotiations, and closing. Customer insights are returned to the development team to support product improvement.

Customer success responsibilities include understanding each customer’s workflows, establishing product adoption during onboarding, identifying barriers through usage logs and interviews, and supporting operational improvements. The role monitors usage with health scores and KPIs, designs repeatable support models, creates cross-sell and upsell opportunities from usage and response data, and prepares onboarding and enablement for new products and features. It also feeds customer insights into the development of Vertical Data and Vertical AI products.

The enterprise consultant/BizDev track identifies management and operational issues, develops medium- to long-term DX roadmaps, designs new workflows using estie products, and proposes business-process transformation. Responsibilities include project management and delivery, direction involving data integration, API connections, and AI use, and project management for deploying estie AI models such as rent forecasting models in customers’ own environments. The role may also plan professional-service offerings such as analysis reports and data-platform implementation support with the product development team, generalize project knowledge, and propose new businesses or features.

Required qualifications are experience in corporate B2B intangible-product sales or customer success, together with a willingness to take on unfamiliar areas and repeatedly reflect and improve. Preferred experience includes executive-level proposal sales, sales to large companies, commercial-real-estate knowledge, SaaS sales or IT-industry knowledge, system implementation consulting, customer success or consulting, product proposals and implementations for major real-estate or financial companies, SQL-based practical data analysis, process improvement and standardization, health-score or KPI design, and people management. The consultant/BizDev track additionally values solution proposals for listed companies or executives, large-scale SaaS, CRM, or ERP implementation consulting, at least three years in IT consulting or SaaS implementation consulting/professional services, SQL or BI-based analysis or API/system-architecture knowledge, and deep real-estate or finance domain knowledge. Sustained annual quota achievement of 100% or more and recognized sales achievements are also listed as preferred.
