About this role

The sales team supports companies seeking to build internal DX capabilities and transform their businesses through AI. This role identifies management, business, organizational, and talent-skill challenges through client discussions, then designs proposals combining AI and DX training, AI implementation, organizational development, and consulting services.

Responsibilities include understanding each client’s DX and AI roadmap and organizational situation, maintaining communication with executives and DX and human-resources departments, planning and executing account strategies primarily for existing customers, and coordinating with internal data-science and consulting teams to support successful delivery after an order is placed. The role also handles meetings with new inbound leads generated by inside sales, including needs discovery, proposal design, document preparation, closing, pipeline management, and progress control.

The position shares customer needs with the product development team and contributes to improvements in training content and AI product functions. Depending on ability and results, the role may also involve launching or expanding new businesses such as AI and education or AI and operational reform, developing new training content, proposing enterprise DX and AI strategies, and taking on team management or strategic planning responsibilities.

Required qualifications are at least three years of professional experience, experience in client-facing negotiations such as sales, customer success, or leadership, strong interest in the DX and AI fields, logical thinking, basic interviewing skills, commitment to numerical targets, and willingness to learn and grow quickly. Corporate or solution sales, basic IT or AI knowledge, experience at a consulting or human-resources development company, enterprise account planning, and organizational development or training planning are welcome qualifications.

The company provides AI software, organizational and human-resources development services, and AI strategy support. Sales members work with consultants, data scientists, engineers, and project managers to propose combinations of training, AI agent development, and consulting. The position is based in Nihonbashi Bakurocho, Tokyo. It is full-time, with a super-flexible schedule from 5:00 to 22:00, no core hours, and eight prescribed working hours per day. Remote work is available. The position includes a six-month probationary period with no change to pay or benefits, a five-day workweek, paid leave under applicable law, seasonal and year-end holidays, condolence leave, social insurance, company-funded books, access to more than 350 hours of in-house AI training, and full reimbursement of AI certification examination fees for successful candidates. Housing and moving-cost assistance is available within three kilometers or three train stops of the headquarters.
