This is a permanent employee position in Tokyo. The initial probationary period is six months, with the same salary during probation. Standard working hours are 8:40 to 17:10, with 7.5 scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break. Flextime may apply depending on the assigned department, with the applicable arrangements disclosed by the time of the job offer. The position may involve overtime and holiday work. Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, 21 days of annual paid leave subject to a first-year adjustment based on the hiring month, and other special leave.
